I believe the this club has officially dissolved unless I hear otherwise. It's been great and wonderful as Day-chan and I attempted to spread the love of anime. Although this club is currently inactive that doesn't mean it'll stay that way permanently. Hopefully, a small otaku will wander into the Ocean County Library and ask for an anime club...and maybe build a new one.
And this doesn't mean also that we're not into anime anymore...we're still going strong; it's just that a club would be impossible to run if we're spread out in different states due to college.
I'm sorry for not being able to make the club as successful as hoped (our club never expanded to a larger membership), but in its own way it was a success. We were able to go to Katsucon and host a workshop...and of course watch anime. So if you're interested in starting your own club, it definitely CAN be done. And just letting you know: if you contact Linda Feaster at the Ocean County Library Berkeley Branch...I'm SURE she'll be interested in backing you in ressurecting a little anime club that was once known as the Anime Manga Project. ^_~
